This is Course registration for Online Class on High Rez Modelling and Texturing of Taj Mahal in Maya 2018. Course will begin from Sunday 30 August, 12:00Noon. In this course We will Model a High resolution Model of Taj Mahal, and Complete it with Texturing. During this course we will use Many of Maya's Polygon and NURBS Curve-Surface modelling tools to create a high quality complete model of Taj Mahal. In this course you will learn various tools and techniques of Modelling a Architectural Building in Maya 2018.

Following is a list of proposed topics for final year students to undertake as their Final Year Projects. These topics are general ideas and can be further enhanced or modified as per student’s expertise. Virtual Reality Applications for Android  

These are 3D Virtual Tours that use VR-Headset to run. These projects will involve developing an actual 3D version of a designated location or historic place. Then import that model in UNITY game engine for VR-headset based interactive and navigation control. The final version will be an app that is running on Android.

Game Development

These projects involve developing a 3D game using game engines like UNITY, FPS Creator or UNReal. These game engines require basic understanding of Graphics, 3D model and animation, along with Scripting or programming skills. The Project will involve developing of 3D models and locations, basic animation of characters using Autodesk Maya.  
1.    Development of strategy based FPS educational game for kids learning.
2.    Development of 3D Game ‘Battle of University of Sindh’ using UNITY 3D.
3.    Development of Android Mobile Game ‘Rickshaw Rage’ – a Rickshaw racing game
4.    AI based LUDO game with NPC for Android.
5.    2D coin collection game for Android.
6.    An 2D Game to teach Islamic principles in an interactive manner, using Q&A or MCQ
7.    3D runner Game collecting plastic bottles and papers, and throwing them in appropriate dustbins.

Introduction to Computer Graphics; display memory; generation of points, vectors, shapes,

Graphics hardware: Output Devices, Input Devices, Processing Devices
Fundamental algorithms: Line Drawing Algorithms, Programming raster display systems,
panning and zooming, Raster algorithms and software, scan-Converting lines, characters and
circles, Region filling and clipping, rendering, shading, colour and animation.
2D and 3D geometric transformations: Scaling, Rotation, other basic transformations
Two dimensional viewing: viewing pipeline, clipping, and windowing.
Three dimensional viewing: viewing pipeline, viewing parameters, projections, viewing
transformations, clipping, visible surface detection, 3D to 2D projections and camera
transformation
